We have four web design packages you can pick from that contain the needed pages for your business.
We will provide you with three logo concepts to select from when you choose a graphic logo design. If you choose a custom drawn logo (hand drawn by our artists), you will receive one concept, but we will make any required edits until the logo is approved by you. We can edit colors, style as you provide feedback.
While WordPress is a solution for many website owners. Mint Desk Media does not build websites via the WordPress platform. We have found that using a cloud platform for designing and maintaining offers easier access to make changes and requires no plug-ins which are prone to security threats online. However, if you require your website to be made available on the WordPress platform after the design, we can recommend a web design agency that can help you with your WordPress needs.
We will create two design layouts for your selection. These layouts include the fonts, colors, style, and content of the main page. We provide this to you so you can provide any feedback, then we move to the design process to structure the full website. Learn more about the web design process here.
Yes! We love content and that is why we may ask you a LOT of questions about your business or passion. The more we know, the better we can gather content that relates to your business and industry which is used to grab your visitor's attention.
This all depends on how quickly we work together. We can complete a full website in a week if we are provided back any information required. Upon providing the web design proposal, you will receive a timeline for the full project.
If you choose to edit your own website, you will be provided access to your Mint Desk Media Builder portal where you can edit your text/images. We do offer a MintSupport web design maintenance plan, allowing you to focus on your business and send us any edits you need.

Ownership of a website involves different variables. The first is the domain. The domain is registered under your name if you do not already have a domain registration in place, otherwise the domain would be owned by whomever registered. The second variable is the design, which you will own 100% of the design and images as long as the full website project is completed/purchased.
Sure, we can provide your full website as an exported HTML file upon request. The export will include: web pages in HTML format, assets folder (such as images) and a sitemap file. Please note that your new designer will need to re-create using their own platform.
Each of our web design packages include a monthly e-mailed report which provides visitor history by date and location along with keywords used to find your website. You will be provided with a special link for your visitor history for your viewing via email. Please note only websites hosted by Mint Desk Media are provided the visitor report.
No, we work with clients from all over the world. We are in the great city of Alvin, Texas, but we can design virtually and communicate with you via phone, Google Meets, Skype, Email, Zoom, etc.
A 25% deposit is required for our web design services.
Domain & Hosting
Your First/Last name will be used as the primary contact for the registration. Mint Desk Media will be listed as a "technical" contact for the use of updating any technical domain name server information.
We will request access to your domain to transfer if its not a part of GoDaddy. Or you can choose to leave the domain with current domain registrant, but we will require your sign-in credentials. If you purchased your domain from GoDaddy, we will provide you with instructions on how to grant access so we can be listed as a "technical" contact for the use of updating any technical domain name server information.

No. A custom email that matches your domain (example: sales@mydomain.com) is not available as part of your domain registration. We do recommend Google WorkSpace or Outlook 365 for a custom business email that matches your domain. If you need help configuring, please contact us so we can provide a pricing estimate based on your needs.
Hosting is the space online that is reserved for your website. Think of it as the "home" of where your website lives. Without hosting, your website could not be available "online" for the public to view..

We monitor your website daily to ensure the "online" status. We work with AWS (Amazon Web Services) to get your site online in case there was an outage. You can check the status of our hosting here.
We partner with AWS (Amazon Web Services) which utilizes backups via a cloud server method. If you made any changes to your website in error, please contact us and we will roll back the clock to retrieve your prior website snapshot.
Mint Desk Media partners with AWS (Amazon Web Services) which provide EC2+Load Balancers and unlimited storage and bandwidth. Your website will also include an SSL Certificate (Secure Socket layer), Global CDN (Content Delivery Network) and 99.9% Uptime.

Online Stores

You can review all order transactions with the payment provider. Example: Stripe has a dashboard to review all orders and provide you with reports of all transactions.
You can initiate a refund with the payment provider. Example: Stripe has option to initiate refund which will refund the buyer
Yes! When you add product you have an option to classify it as digital product and upload up to 20 MB. We suggest using a cloud server for storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
You can choose to provide free shipping for all orders or for a minimum amount order, or use your own shipping provider, with your cost for shipping & handling.
You will be provided with a special link for your visitor history for your viewing via email. Please note only websites hosted by Mint Desk Media are provided the visitor report.
Marketing/Leads/Search
From design approval, please allow 6-9 business days for your business cards to arrive.
The information they entered will be automatically emailed to you for review.
Google has active bots that crawl websites. These bots discover millions of websites daily. All our web design packages include search engine submission to Google. Google indexing can take up to 12 weeks. Unfortunately, we have no control over the time, once your site is submitted for indexing, it is ENTIRELY up to Google.
